The Art of Surrender
Hello, Lovely,
We must deeply understand what it means to surrender, if we desire to feel powerful and peaceful in our lives and decisions.
We must embody the art of surrender in order to open our vision to see possibilities that we hadn’t seen before.
We must allow surrender to become the new habit that empowers us to create our lives, instead of reacting to them.
So, putting it really simply, what it is means to surrender is this…
Surrender is the art of learning to be at peace with what currently is, while still knowing where you are going.
Surrender means that you accept what you currently see with your human eyes.
You do not run or hide from the reality of it.
You do not give in to coping mechanisms that you picked up from a lower self awareness.
You lean in to the discomfort that you might be experiencing in the present moment.
Surrender to what is. Stop fighting. Stop resisting. Accept it. The moment you truly accept it and stop fighting it, you will find peace.
It is possible to feel peace while in pain.
Then comes step two…
Know where you are going.
How do you WANT to feel?
How would it feel to be living the life that you truly want?
How can you shift into those feelings?
Put all your attention on what you DO want, and off what you don’t want.
Abandon anything that does not support the life and the feelings/energies that you DO want to feel.
Trust the process.
Find peace in the pain.
Allow space for patience and faith in the unseen.
You already know who you are.
You just have forgotten.
