A few weeks ago, after 2.5 years of being in my sign of Aquarius, Saturn moved into Pisces, and I was very, very happy to finally be rid of it. It have some serious resentment issues with that planet. LOL! But I will also be eternally grateful.

Saturn recked havoc for me. Endlessly. Relentlessly. It nearly broke me.

 

No matter what I would do, my life spiraled and unthinkable things kept on happening to me. Nothing made sense.

 

No matter what I did.

 

What was the hard lesson that was beat into me?

 

That taking responsibility for yourself is the most important thing. Ever.

 

Taking responsibility means that you STOP blaming someone else or a situation for your misery. You STOP allowing yourself to wallow in victim, “poor me” mode. You STOP waiting for someone else to save you.

 

NO MATTER HOW UNFAIR THE SITUATION IS.

 

You take your power back by bringing all your attention back to yourself and away from the external situation/person. (A lot easier said than done!)

 

What did I do to contribute to this mess?(Self forgiveness, not shame)

 

What’s the negative thought about myself that I am telling myself right now?

 

This opens up your mind to being able to see a new perspective…

 

What could I have done differently that may have made things go a little more smoothly?

 

Now that I know this, what am I going to do differently, moving forward, so that I don’t repeat this again in my future?

 

What am I afraid of losing?

 

What could be possible on the other side of “loss”?

(Something even greater to look forward to!)

 

How can I begin to integrate the two—dissolving of the past, while stepping into a new, expanded version of myself?

 

This, again, is inner union of the masculine & feminine.

 

The feminine surrenders to what is, and does not judge it or others involved. (There is peace here!)

 

The masculine takes responsibility, decides where to shift focus energy for a better use of it, and consistently moves in the direction of something more positive.

 

When the two work together, old patterns are broken, and new foundations are built.

 

Strong foundations of stability, fulfillment, & harmony.

 

Everything we want is found in the balance of the masculine & feminine, the yin & yang.

Having someone tell you “you are worthy” is not going to work for some of us.

 

Telling yourself over and over again “I am worthy” is not going to work for some of us either.

 

Because some of us have a story where we were endlessly shamed, wrongfully punished, had everything taken away, were severely neglected, and were constantly told that we were expected to do better.

 

Some of us girls didn’t have a father who treated us like princesses (or anything remotely close to that).

Some of us girls didn’t have a mother to give us unconditional love.

There are the obvious reasons that everyone is talking about…attachment style, childhood trauma, previous relationships, nervous system issues, hormone imbalances/addictions, etc.

 

Since I read & heal energy, I see the struggle coming from a place of not being able to hold the high vibrational aspect that Love is. (True Love)

 

Receiving Love and holding Love in your body is actually difficult, if you have a lot of lower vibrational issues/attachments in the way.

 

Receiving Love and holding it is difficult, if you have stories that tell you that you have to “earn” it, that you’re not good enough, or that you’re too much, or that love always abandons/betrays me, or any story like that.

 

Another layer is if you have a story that tells you that high vibes are “bad” because they feel too overwhelming or too exciting and/or you fear the loss of happiness. You have learned that happiness can never last or it’s taken away.

(In my story, this came from a childhood where my caretaker viewed pleasure as a sin, so when I would finally find something to make me happy in a very dark world, my caretaker would take it away and punish me for it.)

As you work on receiving and holding Love, you are going to notice patterns of time where you collapse and can no longer hold the Love vibes. This is when you sabotage.

What to do?

 

It’s all waves of energy. So the lower you go, means the higher you can go. What I mean is that if you can learn to hold space for yourself in the low emotions, with no judgment, numbing, shaming, escaping, or distracting, then you can ask do the opposite—hold the high vibe of Love without judgment, without running from it, without sabotaging it, without rejecting it.

 

This is why feeling your feelings and learning to hold space for all the feelings is so important. This also ends up shifting attachment issues as well, since that is simply energy too!

 

Emotional availability and maturity is super important to ending sabotage and shifting attachment issues and releasing old limiting stories.

 

This is additionally challenging for women because, historically, women have been shamed and called dramatic, overreacting. We have been made too feel like our emotions are “too much” or that we are making a big deal out of nothing, or that we “should be over it by now”.

The masculine aspect MUST be healed…because it is the masculine that HOLDS.

 

It is the masculine that holds space for the feminine flow of emotions.

 

The feminine is the energy that receives the Love and the masculine is the energy that holds the Love.

 

Both are needed to have what you want..Love.
