Emotional Regulation Leads to Self Worth

Dealing with the ups and downs of life becomes more visual and simple when we look at it from an energetic frequency standpoint.
As I was taking a break on the beach today, I was journalling on some mother wound issues and thoughts around emotional regulation.
Here is a piece from my notes…
Humans and human behavior has always fascinated me.
I used to say that if I went back to school, it would be to study psychology. (That changed once I started studying energetics).
What currently fascinates me is how we have a tendency to run from the “highs”, just as much as we tend to run from the “lows”.
(Makes total sense, if you look at everything from an energetic frequency standpoint.)
Let’s start with unraveling the “lows”…
How well can you HOLD the energy of a low (“negative” emotion) in your body?
Do you collapse when the hard times hit?
Do you deny yourself what you need?
Do you revert back to a lower vibrational state where you impulsively choose superficial and/or instant gratification?
Do you seek out validation from lower vibrational sources/people?
Choosing to deal with the ups and downs of life differently breaks your toxic cycles with yourself.
And following this path brings you to high self worth/value. (healing the mother wound!)
