Foundations for Feminine Energy
Hello, Lovely,
The word “space” has been running around in my circles, and today, I thought it would be really relevant to share why creating space is everything for feminine energy. You cannot have feminine energy without it.
I hear people say all the time that you have to “create space for it to come in.” And yes, that is true, but it’s deeper than that.
Feminine energy needs space to grow and feel powerful because in that creation of space, you are able to slow down and feel what you need to feel. You cannot move in the direction that is right for you, until you check in and see where you actually are, right now. This deep self-seeing, self-intimacy requires quiet, space, and time. Truly FEELING takes space. So when you notice that something is “off”, emotionally, take space to feel what you need to feel, so then see what you need to see. (Queen Energy)
In this space of seeing, you can then redirect, as necessary. Take your power back by taking responsibility for how you currently feel, and then CHOOSE to redirect your thoughts and attention to what you want to feel (where you are going/what you are creating). This is the beginning of moving from queen energy into goddess energy.
Then, pause. HOLD THE SPACE.
This is where the power of the goddess comes in. She knows what she knows. She believes that what she wants (feelings, not things!!) are possible and within her reach. She reaches up into the heavenly places and pulls down into the earth what she wants. This is shown by shifting her perspective to find a way to turn the current chaos into something powerful and aligned with how she wants to feel.
HOLD THIS SPACE.
It is in this space of belief, of power, of high self worthiness, and confidence that she is able to hold the space that brings in what her heart desires.
This is also the key to her relationship with her masculine. She must create the space for him to step into it and come towards her, in his masculinity. If there is no space, and she is doing all the things, and making all the plans, figuring all the things out, etc., he cannot show up in the way that she desires.
This is why creating space is everything for a feminine. Learn to love your space and watch your life magically give you what you desire.
