If you want change, you have to change.

You have to decide on what you want!
Make the decision and keep putting one foot in front of the other.
Stop questioning yourself.
Keep moving in the direction of your decision.
Don’t give up on your decision.
Focus only on the things that support your decision.
Think only on things that support your decision.
Reject anything and any thought that does not align with your decision.
You just have to make the decision.
And stick to it.
Decide to change your life.
Decide on what you want.
When you don’t know what to do, you just need to make the decision.
And it’s yours.
