Hello, Lovely,
This Love Letter, “If He Wants You, He Will Come Get You”, is a little different than my others. 

My intention with this Love Letter is to inspire and empower my goddess who are desiring more from their relationships. This may be hard to hear, but it is from Love. I usually write my Letters with the intention of informing and expanding consciousness, but this one feels different to me. 

In my world, I hear a lot of stories from women. I see a lot of common themes for women, and relationships are being really emphasized for a lot of women right now. A lot of women are coming out of co-dependency and are growing into their higher selves (Divine Feminine).

Along that journey, we start to see our relationships with clearer vision because we finally have a higher sense of self worth and what we want.

Long story short, we want more.

More connection.

More passion.

More authenticity.

More growth.

More value. 

We raise the bar of our expectations and often feel disappointed when it appears that our man cannot reach the new level that we feel is aligned with our new height of self awareness and self worth. 

Here is where my message for today comes in…

If he wants you, he will come get you. 

The man who truly SEES you, will value you as highly as you value yourself, and will do WHATEVER it takes to “come get you” and keep you.

If he doesn’t truly see you, he will not be capable of valuing you to the extent that he will figure out a way to “come get you” and keep you. He will not do enough for you to feel valued, seen, and deeply connected.

And that’s ok. You have simply outgrown him, and he is choosing to not grow with you. And that is completely his call.

Stop creating excuses for him. He simply is not capable, because he is no longer aligned with you.

You know who you are.

You know what you are.

You know what you want.

I have to say it one more time, so hopefully it will fully sink in…

If he wants you, he will come get you.

If he is not coming to get you, he is not for you.

It’s that simple. Stop doubting yourself.

Hello, Lovely,
The truth behind the ending of relationships started to become clear to me a few years back.

I was at the very end of my marriage, and seeing all of it with fresh perspective, due to what I was learning about masculine and feminine energies.

What I realized gave me closure, and affected how I see and coach on relationships from then on.

The truth behind the ending of relationships is that there is an event that causes a shift in energy, that, over time, erodes the relationship to the point where we finally walk away.

Often unconsciously, women usually enter into a relationship in a more feminine state of being. We are open to a man’s love, in whatever way the man tends to demonstrate love. Over time, we trust the man, to a certain extent, and start to rely on him to give us that thing that we think we need from him—money, love, stability, acceptance, etc.

We expect this to keep on going, until one day, something happens and the man does not respond in the way that we expect him to. Our sense of safety and stability is threatened and we start to question if this guy can actually take care of us in the way that we thought we could depend on him to.

Now there is trust lost.

We feel scared and now shift into masculine energy.

We must protect our hearts. We must defend. So, we shut down.

From here, it is usually a series of events where the couple becomes more and more disconnected from each other, and the woman goes further into her masculine. She either learns to build a life that really has no use for him any longer, or she stays shut down in victim mode, and keeps him at arm’s distance.

This is ultimately, the end of the relationship.

The good news is that once we are aware of the truth behind the ending of relationships, now we can feel empowered to choose what we want to do about it all.

I found incredible healing, growth, and empowerment in embodying my feminine energy, and this changed everything for me in relationships going forward.

What Is My Intuition?

Hello, Lovely,
I am so excited that you have landed here, asking, “What is my intuition?” Your intuition is at the core of your power in feminine energy, so it is a really big deal. Unfortunately, many of us have not been taught how to use it to guide our lives, and/or our lives have taught us that we cannot trust our intuitiveness as women. I believe this is so sad, and a large part of my coaching revolves around learning how to create a life based around your intuition, so that you feel really, really good and authentic in your life. 

Put really simply, your intuition is the inner voice, or inner nudge, or inner knowing. It is the whispers of your soul, quietly and gently guiding you closer and closer towards your unique Truth. 

Have you ever felt drawn to something, even though you can’t explain why? 

Have you ever just known something, deep inside you, and you don’t know why you know? 

Have you ever experienced that “gut feeling” about something?

Have you ever had a brilliant, creative idea hit you out of “no where”? 

Have you ever had an impulse to do something and until you do it, it feels like it is “haunting” you?

These are all signs of your intuition at work, attempting to guide you to your life purpose, and the things that are truly meant for you (aligned with your soul). 

Learning to listen to and trust your intuition and intuitive hits takes time and intentional practice. It requires you to really allow yourself to feel, and act on these nudges, even when your logic wants to talk you out of it. (FYI, your logic comes from masculine energy, which is what is keeping you feeling “stuck”.)

It’s All Energy

Going Below the Surface of Life

Hello, Lovely,
I spent most of my life looking at everything superficially, and not realizing that it’s all energy. And once I started to see and understand energetics, I started to see how to take my power back and stop feeling stuck in my life. 

Not everyone is aware of this, but everyone is instinctively responding to it, because it is universal law. 

It is the core of our existence.

This is the truth of energy.

Until we become aware of it, everything is just “skin deep.” We think we want money, love, a big house, or an expensive car. Many work hard to achieve some of these things and then wonder why they are still feeling dissatisfied, and then they’re off to get the next big thing.

Many are unaware of how it is affecting their relationship. They wonder why the sex seems to have fizzled out, or they feel resentment towards their partner for not doing enough, or they feel a deep sense of loneliness in the lack of connection.

The underlying, undeniable “culprit” is energy.

Until we start approaching our lives with this awareness, it will be an endless string of dissatisfaction, disconnection, unrest, anger/resentment, and suffering.

It’s not the physical things that you actually want. It is the energy that you are being drawn to.

It is not necessarily the relationship, but more likely, it is the imbalance/shift of energies in the relationship that caused it to crumble.

It is not until you start to feel and live your life with energetic awareness that you will feel truly empowered to create a life that feels really, really good and authentic. And from there, everything will start to fall into place.

Stop focusing on what you can see with your eyes and start focusing on what’s happening inside you and behind the physical things that you think you want.

When I entered the world of coaching years ago, I was working under the umbrella of women’s empowerment/personal growth/self love. But as my own personal story expanded, I was exposed to feminine energy, and since then, my life has been dramatically different. Everything in my life started changing so organically and my life has never felt more authentic. Personally, I finally feel confident, powerful, and crystal clear on what I want and where I’m going. 

When a woman knows exactly who she is and what she wants, she is unstoppable. Her power is undeniable. She is magnetic, and she is free. 

Feminine energy coaching brings you back to who you truly are–the version of you that was before the world told you who you are “supposed” to be. Our life experiences have shaped us into the people that we now are. But, many of us have not been taught how to use our stories to our empowerment. We hide in fear behind people pleasing and expectations. We shut down our feelings and emotions in fear of being labeled negatively.

Am I Stuck In My Masculine

Hello, Lovely,
The question, “Am I stuck in my masculine energy?” is such a great question. It shows me that you are probably starting out on a journey that will allow you to see yourself in a whole new way, and empower you to live your life with more confidence, clarity, and authenticity. 

A lot of the women that I work with have a similar background story (and this was my story too). We have had a life experience that taught us that in order to be successful in life–personally and professionally–we needed to work hard, and use logic to solve problems and make decisions. We were taught that being emotional made us “weak” and that women were not respected if they appeared “emotional”. We were masters at creating lists, getting things done, organization, and fixing things. We preferred to feel in control to feel good. We prided ourselves on “figuring things out”, and “making things happen.” We were very driven and expected a lot from ourselves, even if it meant working ourselves into exhaustion. We wanted to feel like we were accomplishing all the things and doing all the things on our lists. 

The problem with this is that many of us reached a place where we realized we were burnt out, and felt resentful. We felt upset that it felt like we were the only ones who were “doing all the things”. Professionally, it felt like we were pushing so hard to make things happen and we were barely getting the results that we felt we had earned. It felt like if we took a break for a moment, that all the work that we had invested into it would collapse.  In our personal lives, we were unsatisfied in our relationships. We wanted our men to step up more, and make us feel more important/seen/loved.  We ultimately got to a place of resentment, hopelessness,  and complete withdrawal from our relationships. We felt lost, miserable, confused, and angry. 

This is a woman completely stuck in her masculine. She doesn’t even know that another approach to life exists. No one has shown her that being a woman means living life in her body and not her head. We were not created to move through life like men.

So here we are again at the question–“Am I stuck in my masculine energy?” Well, let me ask you this. Do you often feel very heavy, very confused, tired, frustrated? Do you struggle with overthinking, overanalyzing? Does making decisions make you feel so confused and stressed out because you are trying to figure out all the possible angles before coming to a conclusion? Are you tired of trying to make things happen that just don’t seem to be happening? Are you sick of having to always be the one to do the things? Do you feel like your man doesn’t do enough? Do you deny/push aside your feelings? If you answered yes to all or any of those, you are most likely stuck in your masculine.

What Is Divine Feminine

Hello, Lovely,
I see you, over there, quietly and curiously asking, “What is Divine Feminine?” and I am so thrilled that you are wondering about it. 

This terminology came across my path years ago, as I was heavily peeling back the layers of myself. I had come to the painful realization that I was living a life that looked exactly “right”, and yet it did not bring me the happiness or satisfaction that I had been led to believe would be found there.  Something was wrong with my life, and I felt like I didn’t even know who I was anymore, but I was very clear about one thing–I was going to find out who I am. 

Finding out who I actually am turned into a very interesting road with many unexpected turns and many lessons to be learned. It felt like I was burning everything to the ground, so that I could rebuild something that felt real, authentic, and meaningful. I needed to feel alive in my life, instead of drowning in Groundhog Day. 

What I have learned is this–The Divine Feminine is the higher self. It is the state of being that is achieved when one takes massive responsibility for themselves and their life, heals their wounds, starts aligning with their soul, and strives to maintain a healthy balance of their feminine and masculine energies. 

The Divine Feminine refuses to settle, lives unapologetically, is unafraid to create boundaries, is clear and unwavering in her decisions, trusts her intuition, has released co-dependency and/or people pleasing, feels whole and complete on her own, speaks her Truth, and is a warrior of Love. She lives by embracing her inner queen, goddess, and warrior. 

In romantic relationships, the Divine Feminine seeks to attract in her Divine Masculine–sometimes called soulmate, or divine counterpart. She will not settle for a relationship that does not feel aligned with her, or that will not rise with her. If she is already in a relationship, her mission is to inspire her partner to rise into his masculinity. She leans back into her feminine energy, to draw out the masculine in her partner. She vulnerably communicates her needs and desires for the relationship to feel the deep emotional connection and safety that her heart craves. She knows that in accomplishing this, both partners win. Both have their needs met and feel seen, heard, accepted, loved, and supported. They are able to create a connection that is sacred and protected. He holds a safe, grounded place for her to be free, to flow, to connect, and create. 

The Divine Feminine is needed more than ever today. She is able to heal this world and create a better future. 

In my journey to my Divine Feminine Self, I have come to realize that it is my purpose to help women step into this powerful, confident, and authentic state of being.

What Is Feminine Energy?

Have you ever asked yourself, “What is feminine energy?” Over the past few years, I have seen a shift in women’s empowerment. We are getting sick of feeling exhausted, stressed out, and unfulfilled. I have also witnessed how remembering our feminine essence is setting women free, and empowering them to create lives that feel authentic, connected, and satisfying. 

So what is this feminine energy that is starting to get attention everywhere? 

Feminine energy feels light, free, flowing, open, and receptive. It does not force, hustle, push, or “make it happen.” It is open to multiple possibilities, instead of focused on one specific, exact plan of action.  

Feminine energy is life force, creative energy. Without it, creativity cannot exist. Take a moment to realize how powerful that is. If we can embrace our power of creation, that means we can bring anything to life. We can literally make something out of “nothing.” We can creatively solve problems, we can creatively build the lives that feel really, really good and aligned to us, and we can creatively nurture our relationships to be deeply connected, passionate, and intimate. 

Feminine energy is feeling, emotional, sensual, and flows like waves. Many of us have been misled into thinking that these are “negative” qualities and we have spent years denying and pushing aside this aspect of ourselves. We have been taught that this makes us “weak”, or in some way, unattractive. I am here to tell the world that the opposite is actually the truth. Our power as women lies in embracing our emotions and feelings, and then learning how to turn all that energy into our power. It is very upsetting to me how we have only been shown how emotions can destroy us, and not been shown how to utilize all the energy into massive self empowerment. The most powerful version of you is ALL of you. 

Feminine energy is connection. This is where I have seen a lot of women coming to big revelations in their lives. We cannot keep silencing the cry inside that is begging for deeper connection in our relationships. We want to feel like our lives have meaning and purpose. We crave to feel fully seen, heard, and loved. Functional, yet only superficial relationships are no longer acceptable. Feminine energy is the only path to access all of this. We cannot have the relationships we desire until we learn to be really vulnerable with ourselves. We must learn to fully see, hear, and love ALL of ourselves first, to then go outside ourselves and create it with someone else. Feminine energy brings you into a deep connection with yourself, your life, and your relationships. It is our responsibility as women to create, nurture, and sustain connection in our relationships, but it is impossible to do this without feminine energy. 

Feminine energy is open and receptive. This is the power that attracts to us all that we desire. This is the power that inspires men to rise up into their healed masculinity, which in turn, makes us feel safe, important, and loved. This is what ultimately sets us free because we are able to simply BE, instead of running around, feeling like we have to DO everything, decide everything, and figure everything out, to make our worlds happen. This allows for a reality where we feel more calm, confident, and clear in our lives. We are living and flowing in our hearts and intuition, instead of creating chaos, turbulence, and exhaustion by living in our heads. 

Feminine energy is the force that sets you free to be who you really want to be and have the life that your heart desires.
