One on One Divine Feminine Healing
My one on one intuitive healing & guidance helps you overcome challenges with relationships, communication, self worth, boundaries, trauma, manifestation and a wide range of topics regarding or revolving around self love, soul ascension, identity, and soul connections.
I have broken down my 1:1 methods into 3 levels, to meet you exactly where you currently are, and bridge the gap to where you want to be.
Level 1…the queen. This level is for the woman who has lost her sense of self, struggles with people pleasing/speaking up for herself, making decisions, holding boundaries, and suppresses her feelings/emotions. She hears a voice inside that is telling her that something is wrong and she cannot ignore it anymore. She is so tired, confused, frustrated, and maybe even angry and lost.
Our work together at this level involves creating a safe space for her to allow the feelings to flow and label them. From here, we release the overworking and overthinking and redirect the focus to prioritizing emotions/energies that she uniquely resonates with. She will start to see how to use her emotions for self empowerment, instead of shaming them or falling into victim mentality.
When this level is completed, she will feel clear when making decisions, practice radical self acceptance, know how to set and maintain healthy boundaries, and start to develop a sense of purpose and authenticity in her life.
Level 2…the empress. This level is for the woman who has done some level of work in feminine energy. She has released herself from the masculine “hustle” mindset and has started to allow herself to live from a place of feeling her flow. She is aware of her feelings/emotions, but may still struggle with how to healthily communicate them. She desires deeper emotional connection in her relationships and feels a longing to prepare to birth in a new life, new beginning, new connection.
Our work together at the empress level is to bring what we have learned from the queen and integrate it back into the body. We focus on feeling resonance with energies in the body and using these physical sensations & feelings to guide her life. We create harmony between the spiritual and the physical, by understanding the different timelines, and healing the nervous system.
The work at this level will result in building calm confidence, self trust, and self worth. She will start to find satisfaction and wholeness within herself so that she can stop hyper- focusing on what is going on in her physical reality. We shift from anxious attachment (self avoidance) to self-seeking.
Level 3…the goddess. This level is for the woman who has been serious about developing her Divine Feminine self for some time. She has done work with healing child wounds, emotional availability, authenticity, and de-conditioning from ancestral/societal/cultural conditioning. She is ready to manifest the “impossible” and create her own “heaven on earth”. She is feeling the soul call to be the Oracle of her life, and radiate healing in her world.
Our work at this level is to deepen her radical self trust. This strengthens her intuitive connection with God/Source so that she can clearly see the Vision and receive the guidance. Together, we integrate the masculine & feminine energies (inner union/wholeness). We focus on learning how to keep looking up to the heavens for guidance, communication, and validation, no matter what her physical reality is currently showing her.
This level of commitment and self mastery builds other-worldly connection & trust with God/Source, unwavering confidence in her manifestation/creation power, and self Sovereignty. Her sense of self worth and self trust will be greatly heightened and emphasized during our work together. She will be obsessed with her open hearted connection to God. She will practice radical self validation and faith to create a life that defies logic and feels enchanted.
What I have found is that when the Divine Feminine allows herself to take up space & embrace all that she is, she is able to live her Epic Love Story.

I bring my coaching into the classes by focusing on the difference between feminine and masculine energies to help you know how both feel in your body. This directly influences how you live your life because you are empowered to give yourself exactly what you need when you need it–whether it be calm and safety, or freedom and power. I am a Yoga Alliance RYT200 instructor with a background in Baptiste power yoga, vinyasa, and yin. I offer virtual group classes, private virtual sessions, private one on one sessions, in studio classes and beach yoga in the summer
