Who Is Suze?
My journey started when I decided that I was no longer going to live a life where I felt powerless, stuck, and dead inside. I was clawing my way out of depression and I vowed to myself that I would never feel that way ever again.
I healed my body, started to grow my mindset, and then woke up to my spirituality.
I found relief by relaxing into my feminine self, and realized that growth is mental & emotional.
From here, I started integrating both feminine and masculine energies to live an empowered and authentic life. I started healing childhood wounds; developed radical self acceptance; learned how to take my power back by setting boundaries and accepting self responsibility; obsessively built inner union/balance to manifest a soul connection; and basically allowed myself to free fall into feminine surrender, while healing my relationship with my own inner masculine.
Everything became more clear, simple, and calm. I started to notice how this was changing my relationship with my children. I was seeing my children and their needs deeply and was able to finally connect and guide them in a truly impactful way.
Allowing myself to take up all the space I need, taking radical responsibility for my life, and finding my balance of inner masculine & feminine energies totally changed my life.
I now passionately serve Divine Feminines by giving them a safe space to see and release the shame they hold; align with their authentic selves: and empower them to open their hearts more than ever before, so that they can access their full abundance and total emotional fulfillment.

My one on one healing sessions give practical tools to connect your energetic self with the physical self; release shame; and open your heart to access your magic.
I hold the safe space for you to allow yourself to reconnect back to yourself, your emotions, and your Truth.
From there, we work together to create your own soul map that consistently points the way forward…helping you make decisions the feminine way, learn to set boundaries with less resistance, and communicate in a deeply connecting, feminine way.
From this place of Divine Feminine embodiment, we take on healing and integrating your inner masculine, so that you can take down the armor around your heart and welcome in a soul connection with a Divine Masculine. Creating harmony and healing in relationship is ongoing work and I hold the space for you to keep your heart open to your masculine and what you are co-creating.
My one on one healing programs help you overcome challenges with relationships, parenting, communication, self worth, boundaries, trauma, manifestation and a wide range of topics regarding or revolving around self love, identity, and connection.
Yoga Classes
My yoga classes feature a wide range of styles that offer my clients a unique blend to both stimulate vitality in the body and calm the mind. I bring my Divine Feminine healing into the classes by focusing on the difference between feminine and masculine energies to help you know how both feel in your body. This directly influences how you live your life because you are empowered to give yourself exactly what you need when you need it–whether it be calm and safety, or freedom and power. I am a Yoga Alliance RYT200 instructor with a background in Baptiste power yoga, vinyasa, and yin. I offer virtual group classes, private virtual sessions, private one on one sessions, in studio classes and beach yoga in the summer
